WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

3-5 years’ experience working in a professional customer service/hospitality focused environment. Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality. A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience. Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry. Passion for working with and collaborating with a team. Strong computer skills. Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our Resident Services Specialists are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all residents and fostering the Story Brand culture. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the time a resident’s lease application is approved to when the resident moves out.
