You will be joining our Cloud Infrastructure team of approximately 16 co-workers who are all committed to pushing the limits of Microsoft technologies to help our customers achieve their goals
You will work in an agile environment with some of the best Microsoft consultants globally. Together with your colleagues, you will be working on highly complex projects for some of the most well-known companies, and you will be responsible for developing highly complex solutions, all while developing your own career. •Lead implementations of Azure solutions at our customers, work in projects that utilize the full breadth of the Azure platform with both IaaS and PaaS, that are deployed with Infrastructure as Code in an automated way.•Perform End-to-end solution shaping and solution architecture for Cloud Transformation, including estimation, solution planning and SOW to create the optimal customer outcome.•Work closely with Sales, tailoring and shaping our proposition to the customers’ IT and business leadership for our largest Enterprise Accounts.•Help clients understand cloud-oriented practices and approaches including DevOps, PaaS, containers, Hybrid cloud, migration and modernization of applications using cloud and Big Data.•Drive the creation of the value case for the client’s business challenges that would most benefit from migration to the Microsoft platform. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to delivery teams across all implementation aspects.
Skills and experiences
•Great communication and interpersonal skills – you’re working directly with clients, alongside a team of consultants, or within a client team. You’re good at communicating hard concepts so everyone understands.•Ability to successfully manage large-scale, complex deal cycles at enterprise accounts. We’re looking for candidates who also have these additional preferred skills and qualifications:•In-depth knowledge on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Enterprise Scale. IaC focused and strong technologist desired: Azure DevOps, Terraform & Kubernetes•Demonstrated design and transformational leadership in enterprise digital architecture, including industry specific platforms and services enabling integration and delivery of multi-speed IT •Relevant technology business leadership experience in areas such as solution pre-sales, architecture, and project delivery. You likely also have experience of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience, particularly leading consultants.
