Nous recrutons actuellement des hôtes et hôtesses dans la boutiques Nespresso.

Nous recherchons des candidats ayant un vif intérêt pour le service à la clientèle.

Vous serez responsable d'offrir un accueil chaleureux à la clientèle de la boutique et de les orienter vers les Spécialistes cafés qui les guideront dands leurs recherches.

Si vous rêvez d'un poste dans la vente mais que vous n'avez pas encore acquis toutes les compétences nécessaires, ce poste est un levier très intéressant.
Il s'agit d'un poste saisonnier pour couvrir la période des fêtes de fin d'année.

Cette opportunité temporaire comme hôte/ hôtesse pourrait vous ouvrir la porte vers un autre poste à la fin de votre mandat, selon les besoins d'affaire de la boutique.

Responsabilités
- Accueillir chaleureusement et avec le sourire la clientèle
- Préparation et distribution de plateaux de dégustation de café pour
promouvoir et faire découvrir les produits
- Recevoir les commandes et les remettre aux clients
-Participer aux rencontres quotidiennes de l'équipe, aux réunions et aux
séances de formation organisées par le responsable de la boutique ou
le chef d'équipe.
-Effectuer toute tâches connexes

Qualifications
-Expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle
- Habileté à établir un contact et communiquer énergiquement et avec le sourire avec la clientèle
- Disponible pour travailler les jeudis soirs, les vendredis soirs ainsi que toute la journée les samedis et les dimanches
- Excellente Capacité à travailler en équipe et avec les systèmes informatiques
- Facilité à s’adapter et apprendre rapidement
- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu
- Ponctualité et assiduité essentielle
