Bilingual Customer Implementation Specialist

Position : Bilingual Customer Service and Training Advisor
Location : Remote (Must be based in Canada)
Languages : Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
Experience : Minimum 5 years in customer service or training
Education : College diploma in teaching, administration, or equivalent experience

Your Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Training Advisor, you'll be a vital link between our company and our cherished clients. Your role will encompass a blend of customer service and training responsibilities, ensuring our clients make the most of our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding : Coordinate new customer integrations, ensuring seamless installation and satisfaction. Training Expertise : Conduct engaging training sessions for both new and existing customers, virtually or on-site. Support Excellence : Provide top-notch customer support, responding to queries. Conflict Resolution : Manage and resolve any customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the management and sales team to deliver consistent, quality support. Feedback Analysis : Receive and evaluate customer suggestions, liaising with the programming team for relevant improvements. Who You Are:
