Position: Deli Manager

Full-time:  40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability:  Weekdays and weekends- Mornings and afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities:

As the Deli Department Manager, you will oversee all operations of the deli department, ensuring budget adherence, inventory control, and accurate merchandising. 

Responsible for the overall operations of the deli department Ensure adherence to the departmental budget Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department Ensure the deli department is appropriately merchandised including tagging and pricing accuracy Maintain excellent customer service by tracking, monitoring and following up with customer concerns Participate in recruitment, training, development and performance management of all team members in the department Ensure proper preparation of promotions and displays are completed Provide strong leadership and support to team members within the department

Qualifications:

Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience, Three (3) years retail supervisory experience, Business related education would be an asset, Experience in managing business initiatives including analysis of financial results, Previous experience in leading a deli department is considered an asset.
