Your future role

Provide excellent customer service and a collaborative environment with truck drivers Schedule inbound and outbound appointments for delivery and shipment Prepare shipping documents while ensuring prompt and accurate data Enter, transfer, modify and verify data in computer systems such as JD Edwards Enter, maintain, and complete reports in a timely manner Check record entries against supporting documents Collaborate with the Customer Service team to coordinate activities

Required skills

High school diploma Ability to use and navigate computer systems and various softwares Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of documents, and maintaining reports Scheduling and coordination skills High attention to detail Team spirit Experience in a shipping environment — an asset Experience using an ERP system – an asset Bilingualism in English and French
