Principales responsabilités

• Cerner les occasions d’innovation pour tenir à jour le plan directeur de transformation et se tenir au courant des capacités, des systèmes et des produits internes de l’entreprise.
• Solide défenseur de l’innovation et de la transformation;
• Élaborer et optimiser des outils pour les groupes d’exploitation des services d’infrastructure ou pour les évaluations opérationnelles et techniques de prévente.
• Créer des plans d’essai automatisés;
• Comprendre la carte de l’expérience client et où elle s’intégrerait au programme (dépendances, risques);
• Élaborer le dossier commercial financier pour chaque projet d’optimisation;
• Aligner tous les intervenants internes propres à la solution et recevoir les approbations;
• Déterminer les risques et les mesures d’atténuation recommandées;
• Consolider le projet, les hypothèses et les dépendances.

Qualifications essentielles

• Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en télécommunications ou en exploitation TI; 
• Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente;
• Capacité de prioriser et d’accomplir de multiples tâches, directement ou indirectement liées aux livrables, dans une atmosphère trépidante avec un minimum de supervision;
• Suivre une méthodologie agile SAFe pour effectuer la gestion de projet;
• Une vue d’ensemble de l’entreprise et divers degrés d’appréciation de la stratégie, des processus et des capacités, favorisant les technologies;
• Expérience de l’utilisation de JQL/SQL pour extraire et explorer de grands ensembles de données, nettoyer des données et extraire des renseignements;
• Expérience en analyse de données (analyse statistique, modélisation quantitative et qualitative);
• Capacité et passion d’apprendre continuellement différents langages de programmation;
• Volonté d’apprendre et d’adopter la sécurité dès la conception dans tous vos travaux de développement;
• Aptitudes avancées pour MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint et Word 
• Certification PMP (ou associer une certification à une compréhension de la façon de gérer un projet);
• Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour la communication verbale et écrite à tous les échelons de l’entreprise, y compris la capacité de communiquer et d’expliquer adéquatement les solutions technologiques en termes d’affaires, d’établir des relations et de persuader les autres.
