Main Duties/Responsibilities

Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the storeProvide excellent customer service before, during and after the sales experienceDevelop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventoryAttend ongoing product knowledge training sessionsFollow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresEnsure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 19+ years of ageLegally authorized to work in CanadaWork confidently with othersPrior retail or customer service experience is an assetMust obtain Selling it Right
