- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, set goals, and provide feedback to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices in inventory control and safety.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items, and to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
