Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices in inventory control and safety.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items, and to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
