Purpose of the position

Vilia Gatineau is currently looking for a rental agent. Are you an expert in sales? Proactive, with innovative sales-marketing ideas? We have the opportunity waiting for you Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Receive potential customers Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary Create spontaneous content and answer questions from prospects on social platforms (Facebook and Instagram) Write various letters or documents and all other tasks of a clerical nature Provide a high level of customer service Perform other related duties

Leadership, creativity, organized and ability to work under pressure Be action and result oriented Master interpersonal communication and have a customer service attitude Business savvy

Required qualifications :

Minimum experience in a sales or rental position in the real estate field High availability, evenings and weekends Good knowledge of the North Shore of Montreal market and surrounding region Car required Bilingualism is an asset The candidate must be available on weekends and weekday evenings during peak periods.
