JobPurpose:

The Receiving Coordinator will work under the direction of theReceiving Lead. As a receiver responsible for the daily putting and receivingduties as outlined inthis role are responsible for the accuracy, efficiency, and security of theproduct as it enters the distribution center, as well as for reportingany discrepancies, damages, or otherwise problematic occurrences with theproduct in a timely, effective manner. In addition, providing support to theReceiving Coordinator and Returns as needed ensure that all productrequisitions, vendor and supplier paperwork, invoicing, and product integrity meetthe standards of ’s rules and position will be ultimately responsiblefor closing purchase orders, maintaining accurate inventory in the system, anddelivering appropriate paperwork to the accounting department in a timely andorganized fashion.

PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities:

Receiving Coordinator

Investigate and report on invoice discrepancies,including shortages, overages, and mis-ships Close purchase orders in the warehouse systemonce reconciliations have been completed Coordinate with purchasing department on any andall significant reconciliation issues Ensure that all month-end duties are completedwith 100% accuracy, including the closing of purchase orders, time stamps, and restockingcart issues Ensure that all paperwork is time and datestamped and signed appropriately Deliver paperwork to the accounting department atregular intervals throughout the day Make ongoing recommendations for continuedprocess improvements Report on any vendor pain point issues or areasfor improvement, including fill rate, UPC discrepancies, product errors, etc. Operating within’s core values and upholding standard principles Issue debitnotes to suppliers Create UPC labels and substitutions whennecessary Other duties as required

Receiver

Receive products into the inventorymanagement system. Accountable for the accuracy of the inventory countas it is entered into the system. Perform to the ongoing standards of ’s keymetric indicators and performance metrics. Report any and all count discrepancies, includingdamages, mis-ships, or unsafe/unsanitary conditions to the ReceivingCoordinator and Receiving Supervisor immediately. Ensure that all expiration dates fall within the rules and restrictions guidelines and report any short-dated product tothe Receiving Coordinator immediately. Make ongoing recommendations for supplier anddepartment improvement to the Receiving Supervisor Perform regular audits and reconciliations onexisting inventory. Assist in other shipping duties, such as picking,packing, and shipping, when required. Ensure that the receiving area is kept clean andsafe from all debris, skids are stored safely, receiving docks are alwayscleared, pump trucks are stored with forks buried, and all health and safetyrules are met with full compliance. Collaborate alongside other departmentsto assist with the fulfillment of consumer orders when required. Work interchangeablywith the Inventory department to complete duties and tasks as assigned. Operation of a forklift Other duties assigned as required.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a warehouse production environment Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and otherMicrosoft Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and detail-oriented Excellent time management skills Highly organized Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and team-minded

WorkingEnvironment

This position is in a warehouse environment and requires extendedperiods of walking and standing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
