What you’ll do:

Responsible for employee relations such as internal investigations and policy enforcement and maintenance, in accordance with legislation. Create and administer training programs for employee development in alignment with organizational goals. Guide and support all levels of leadership on employee management, disciplinary policies, and practices. Support other HR functions as needed. Travel to various Westview Co-op locations will be required with a vehicle provided or mileage paid.

The Team:  You will work alongside the Human Resources Manager, Payroll Specialist, HR Coordinator and Health & Safety Advisor. This close knit team is highly involved in their community and organization. They strive to cultivate a culture of integrity and teamwork.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Human Resources and:

Have 3-5 years of office experience. Preference for candidates who have experience working in HR functions. Have a diploma in Business Administration or equivalent. Candidates with a combination of experience and education will be considered. Are knowledgeable of provincial and federal HR policies, regulations, and laws. Have a Driver’s License.  Have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
