What We Need


Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer

  • 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house corporate legal department.
  • Substantive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as nondisclosure agreements, master service agreements, vendor and procurement agreements.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other documents relating to public and private M&A transactions.
  • Experience with procurement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal business clients, support staff, external resources, and other collaborators.
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada.

Nos besoins


Avocat.e spécialisé.e dans les contrats commerciaux et les marchés publics


  • 5 ans ou plus d’expérience juridique de préférence dans un cabinet d’avocats et dans un service juridique interne d’entreprise.
  • Expérience substantielle dans la rédaction, l’examen et la négociation de contrats commerciaux tels que les accords de non-divulgation, les accords de service principaux et les accords avec les fournisseurs.
  • Expérience dans la rédaction et la négociation de contrats d’achat et d’autres documents relatifs à des opérations de fusion et d’acquisition publiques et privées.
  • Expérience en matière de passation de marchés.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, y compris la capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients commerciaux internes, le personnel de soutien, les ressources externes et autres collaborateurs.
  • Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français (parlé et écrit).
  • Être membre en règle d’un barreau au Canada.
