The manager will deliver Child Welfare training modules, review curricula for Indigenous content, and serve as a trainer through various methods including classroom, web-based, and self-study support. In collaboration with the Management Team, the manager ensures the implementation of integrated service delivery from initial contact to discharge for all children, youth, and families served by Dilico. Qualifications: A minimum of a three-year BSW or other Social Services Degree; a four-year HBSW is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. At least three years of managerial experience in Child Welfare Protection Services. Experience working with Indigenous children, youth, families, and communities. Expertise in adult education principles, group facilitation, consensus building, and consultation. Experience delivering training to diverse adult groups. Knowledge of cultural competency. Flexible working hours and regular travel as required. Valid Class G Driver’s License, access to a personal vehicle, passing a safety inspection, and $1,000,000 liability insurance. Ability to work shifts and flexible hours. Current criminal and vulnerable records check (within 6 months).
