Kitchener, Canada Jetson Home Inc. Full time

About Jetson: Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Here at Jetson, we believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better. Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps; adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Solving one layer of the value chain won’t move the needle on adoption.

Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson will make it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump. The Opportunity: We’re searching for a Culture & Talent Co-op who’s ready to jump in and help shape the future of our people experience.

If you’re curious, proactive, and excited by the idea of growing with a fast-paced start-up, this is for you. You’ll get hands-on exposure to what HR really looks like while supporting our mission to electrify homes across North America. ⚡️ What You Will Do: Support and champion smooth employee onboarding and offboarding experiences by assisting with the administration of these tasks. Keep HR records and employee files organized and accurate. Support full-cycle recruitment—from posting roles to scheduling interviews and helping with pre-screens.

Bring creative ideas to the table for employee engagement initiatives Assist with policy rollouts, internal communication, and other strategic HR projects. Gain exposure to HR policy and compliance in both Canada and the United States, helping us ensure we operate responsibly across regions. What You Bring: A student or recent graduate in HR, business, psychology, or related field A genuine interest in HR, people experience, and organizational culture Strong communication, interpersonal skills and verbal/written English. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset Tech-savvy mindset and comfort learning new tools/platforms.

Interest and experience with AI tools Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Comfort in a fast-paced or changing environment Job Type: 4-month contract, with possibility for extension Pay: $20 per hour Work Location: In person - Kitchener Do you feel like you don\'t have everything that\'s listed above but can still do the job? If you have some of the skills and experience that we’re looking for and are willing to use your talent to learn the rest, we encourage you to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
