This team is responsible for analytics implementation across digital and mobile platforms supporting multiple lines of business in Canada and the U.S. The role focuses on Adobe and Google analytics implementation, tagging solutions, and translating business requirements into technical analytics frameworks that drive data-informed-making. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with digital stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement strategies Translate business requirements into technical analytics specifications using data layers, processing rules, and classifications Implement and support analytics stack including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services, and Ensighten Manage third-party marketing tags such as Analytics, Facebook, Rakuten, and others Develop and maintain implementation documentation (SDRs, data layer specs, custom JavaScript) Deliver accurate technical coding using HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and tag management systems Partner with technology teams to support integrations, troubleshooting, and data feeds Stay current on analytics platform updates and best practices Provide consultation, training, and validation support to QA and testing teams Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of web development experience using JavaScript, jQuery, Angular 1+ year of hands-on analytics experience (Adobe or Google preferred) Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, DOM manipulation, HTML5, and CSS3 Ability to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines Preferred Qualifications Experience with tag management tools (Adobe Launch, DTM, Tealium, Ensighten) Strong understanding of JSON structures and best practices Familiarity with native mobile development standards Post-secondary education in analytics or related field Analytics certifications (Adobe or Google) Work Environment Digital Technology - Digital Tagging Solutions team Collaborative, fast-paced team of ~20 professionals Mix of independent work and cross-functional stakeholder engagement Performance Metrics Delivery against timelines and project milestones Accuracy and quality of analytics implementations Ongoing knowledge growth and stakeholder satisfaction Monthly one-on-one performance reviews Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401(k)/Retirement Savings options Opportunity for long-term engagement and extension Exposure to data science, AI, and enterprise analytics environments About the Company Our client is a Top 10 bank in Canada and North America, offering comprehensive retail, commercial, wealth management, and wholesale banking services.
