We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices. Primary Responsibilities Act as a project manager or multidisciplinary coordinator for major projects related to dams and hydroelectric facilities. Perform hydraulic calculations for dams and hydroelectric facilities Supervise the design of hydraulic structures and works. Participate in the management and technical coordination of major projects. Participate in the preparation of proposals. Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Master technical solutions and ensure their adequacy with clients’ needs. Plan project stages, monitor the progress of deliverables, and ensure compliance with the schedule. Ensure quality control of project practices.
