The Data Analyst role exists to enhance operational effectiveness through rigorous data analysis and reporting. Location & Employment Dieppe, NB E1A 8K2, Canada Full-time In-person Responsibilities Coordinate with managers to ensure timely data submission and collaborate with finance and project management teams. Develop systems and databases for tracking key metrics. Identify and address data gaps to ensure accuracy. Manage data quality control and governance procedures. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for executive leadership. Develop predictive models and perform prescriptive analytics. Create dashboards for real-time metric monitoring. Qualifications This Role Requires You To Have Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, or Business Analytics. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience with SQL and database management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills You Would Benefit From Having Familiarity with construction or project management metrics. Experience with predictive analytics and data modeling. Bilingual communication abilities.
