Job Title Corporate and Associations Booking Agent Location This is a remote position. Candidates should reside in the province of Quebec, with access to the Montreal/Ottawa area preferred. Responsibilities Maintain and service the corporate and association market, securing bookings for the artists and speakers represented by KCA Perform market research and outreach to identify new leads, update contacts, and form new booking relationships Follow up communication with event planners, buyers, agencies, and clients Seek engagements and negotiate deal terms for artists/speakers currently under representation and talent buying Maintain up‑to‑date records and logs in KCA’s CRM Possibly attend regional and national booking conferences, virtually and/or in person Requirements Bachelor’s Degree is a plus, but not required Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills in English; bilingual French is an asset Flexibility and ability to multitask and work collaboratively while managing competing priorities with attention to detail An avid interest in all types of live and virtual entertainment/speaking An outgoing and results‑driven personality suited to the sales nature of the role Salary and Additional Information Commensurate with experience and/or commission.
