Lead daily pet retail execution in Rothesay as a Keyholder, using customer service and POS knowledge. Support dogs, cats, and companion animals.
Pet Valu seeks a Keyholder to assist store operations and represent the store in surrounding communities. You will recommend products and services, support sales, and help create healthy, playful lives for pets. The position includes opening and closing procedures, stocking, paperwork, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cashier transactions and customer sales
- Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and required paperwork
- Stock pet supplies and household items in sales areas
- Unload deliveries and stock items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Open and close the store following company procedures
Requirements:
- At least two years of retail or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and possible valid driver's license
Bring retail leadership, POS knowledge, and pet product service skills to Pet Valu's Rothesay store and local community.
