What You’ll Do: Lead and deliver high-quality statistical programming projects Develop, program, and validate SDTM & ADaM datasets (CDISC) Conduct QC reviews, resolve Pinnacle 21 issues, and support regulatory submissions (incl. define.xml) Review TLFs, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliant documentation Create and maintain macros/tools to support programming efficiency Senior-level: Lead project tasks and contribute to client discussions Principal-level: Act as a key client liaison, lead complex projects, and mentor junior programmers What You’ll Bring: MSc/PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, or related field Senior: 6+ years’ clinical trial statistical programming experience Principal: 10+ years’ experience with demonstrated leadership Strong SAS expertise (R an advantage) Solid knowledge of CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, TLFs, and submission standards Why Join: Be part of a growing, dynamic organisation Excellent work-life balance with flexible hours Fully remote across Canada Competitive and comprehensive compensation packages What to do next: If this opportunity is of interest, please apply now with your CV as the organisation are looking to arrange interviews for the Senior / Principal Statistical Programmers as soon as possible.
