Customer service and checkout skills support Michaels shoppers as a Seasonal Retail Team Member at the MON-LASALLE, QC store. Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings.
This seasonal retail position helps customers locate products and find solutions throughout the store. You will handle cash, promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsabilités principales:
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- Deliver fast, friendly checkout and follow cash-handling standards
- Promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
- Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and complete planogram processes
- Maintain merchandise recovery, returns, and store presentation
Exigences:
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Remain standing and move throughout the store
- Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- Be at least sixteen years old
Support Michaels customers through friendly service, accurate checkout, merchandise recovery, and seasonal store operations.
