Shipping and receiving work awaits in Milton with Manpower, supporting fulfillment, production tasks, and organized warehouse operations across scheduled shifts.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support day-to-day fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and value-added production tasks. The work includes picking, packing, unloading, kitting, labeling, and production assembly support. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are important for safe, consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform box making, void fill, taper line, and LTL sorting
- Pick, pack, and support induction billing processes
- Unload received materials manually and maintain organized workflows
- Complete kitting, labeling, postponement, and assembly support
- Handle housekeeping, trash removal, pallets, and manual loading
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Little to no experience required; warehouse experience desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
