This work is crucial for developing and optimizing solutions that drive our AdTech platform and enable the next generation of Machine Learning models for our Ad Business.What You'll Be DoingDesign, implement, and continuously improve robust and scalable data pipelines for machine learning, with a particular emphasis on supporting advanced Deep Learning models. Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions, models, and algorithms. Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale data sets, including collection, storage, processing, and optimization for machine learning applications. Develop and maintain a reliable data infrastructure capable of supporting both real-time and batch data processing. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AdTech, data engineering, and machine learning, implementing best practices to elevate our capabilities. Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and shared learning. Ensure all data engineering practices and machine learning initiatives adhere to data privacy and compliance standards. What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a significant focus on building systems and pipelines for machine learning models, preferably in the AdTech industry. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java. Solid experience with big data technologies (e.g., Flink, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP preferred, AWS). Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and practical experience with the deployment of ML models at scale. Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex data engineering projects and to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional InformationRelocation support is not available for this position.
