Job Title: Appointment Setter/Cold Caller
Location: Canada/U.S
Hours: 2-4 hours per day through Monday to Friday
Compensation: Details will be discussed during the interview for successful applicants who pass the required checks. This role offers a 10% commission per sale, with a minimum requirement of one sale per month.
Commission starts at $500 CAD and can increase depending on the sale value.
Note: This position is commission-only for the first 90 days, which serves as a probationary period. After this period, a base salary will be introduced.
Incentives:
- Book 2 appointments per month to earn an incentive.
- Promotions will be granted depending on performance over sustained periods of time.
Note: Appointments must be converted to sales by the Salesman/CEO/Owner to count towards incentives/bonuses.
Requirements:
- Experience in appointment setting or cold calling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but Beneficial):
- High school certificate
- Experience working with or communicating with Masonry/Bricklaying/Construction Contractors, or a background in Masonry/Construction/Bricklaying.

- Experience in B2B/B2C cold calling and readiness to start immediately.
- A hunger to learn and the right mindset for growth.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
