Indigo seeks a part-time Customer Experience Representative for a seasonal position. Engage with customers, curate unique product collections, and bring joy to their experience. You'll model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics while connecting with customers and ensuring a safe, inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a warm environment for shoppers
• Leverage products to tell compelling stories
• Curate personalized collections for customers
• Connect with shoppers and foster relationships
• Respond to customer feedback promptly
Requirements:
• Experience in specialty retail preferred
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Bilingualism in French/English required for Québec positions
