Director of Learning St. John Ambulance Saskatchewan (SJA) is a registered charity dedicated to supporting communities across Canada to enhance health and well‑being through training, products, and community services. With headquarters in Regina and training centres across Saskatchewan, SJA leads in First Aid & CPR. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to over 200 instructors across Saskatchewan ensuring SJA standards are achieved and learners attain the skills they seek. Coordinate learning logistics, goals, quality control, and outcomes across five training centres. Collaborate with community services and operations departments to support their needs in achieving the charitable mission. Serve as a member of the provincial management team and help set strategic direction for the organization. Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Qualifications Forward‑thinking L&D leader with strong understanding of adult learning, digital learning technologies, and best practices. Extensive history in achieving strong learning outcomes, ideally in occupational health and safety, emergency services, or public education sectors. Diploma or degree in a related discipline (asset). Location & Employment Full‑time, in‑office position based in Regina provincial headquarters; occasional travel across province required.
