As the Assistant Director of Care, you'll lead by example, coordinating resident care to ensure the highest quality in a safe, respectful environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess resident needs and develop personalized care plans Collaborate with physicians, families, and community partners to provide holistic care Conduct audits, lead care conferences, and drive quality improvement initiatives Coach and educate nursing staff on industry best practices Foster a positive, safe environment for both residents and team Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with active BCCNM registration Bachelor's degree or equivalent nursing experience, including 2+ years in clinical leadership Proven expertise in gerontological nursing (3-5 years preferred) Valid First Aid and CPR certificates; Clean criminal record check This is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career and make a lasting impact.
