Key Responsibilities: Take customer orders by phone, email, and other web platforms; Respond to customer quote requests; Develop and retain customer base by advising them on products; Work with the external sales representative to maintain effective customer relationships. **For hardware, in addition to the above; Provide various technical information to customers; Ongoing training for the internal team, new team members upon their arrival, and when developing new products with manufacturers; Internal support for other inside sales representatives with customer orders; Various support with theexternal sales representatives team; Required qualifications and skills: Dynamism, great interpersonal skills High level of organization Good ability to work in a team Knowledge of the Office suite Good stress management Knowledge of English is an asset Ability to manage several files at the same time **For hardware, in addition to the above; Advanced knowledge of furniture hardware and/or cabinet assembly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
