Our client in the automation and reliability space is on the hunt for a DevOps System Administrator to bridge the gap between development and operations. This Hybrid role based in Kirkland is your chance to become a pivotal part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional software solutions that empower our customers to achieve their maximum potential. This is a bilingual role in English and French.

Your Role and Impact:


  • Maintain and enhance our infrastructure to ensure service continuity.
  • Engineer systems for a variety of project and operational requirements.
  • Implement best practices across all environments and conduct comprehensive fault analysis.
  • Monitor system performance, engage in proactive capacity planning, and coordinate software updates.
  • Automate tasks through scripting and collaborate on automation strategies.
  • Ensure optimal server operations, including maintenance and security management.
  • Participate in the software release process, providing crucial support from development to production.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service and development teams to refine the service delivery process.
  • Develop and maintain critical documentation and take ownership of the systems administration lifecycle.


What You Bring to the Team:


  • 2+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator.
  • Proficiency in source code management tools like git.
  • Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL databases.
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
  • Solid foundation in Linux OS, virtualization technologies (KVM, Hyper-V), and command-line scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • CCNA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
