Senior Manager | MBA HR | Talent Acquisition, Account Management, Recruitment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Typical Day in Role: Data Discovery Conduct stakeholder interviews to uncover analytical needs and use cases. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across business lines to gather functional requirements. Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure shared understanding and alignment of goals. Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze structured and unstructured data to derive insights and support decision‑making. Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and ad‑hoc reports to track KPIs and business performance. Validate data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports. Process Improvement Assess current‑state business processes and recommend improvements leveraging data insights. Support the development of automated reporting workflows and streamlined intake models. Track process enhancement outcomes and generate value‑based reporting for stakeholders. Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills: 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst Exposure to financial services, banking, or regulated industries. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI preferable, Tableau, Looker). Familiarity with data mapping, process modeling (BPMN, Visio), and documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA). Nice‑To‑Have Skills: Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA, or similar).
