BCAA is hiring a Fleet Manager to lead and develop Road Assist Remote Fleet Technicians. The role requires strong leadership and automotive industry expertise to manage operational KPIs, performance, and external partnerships. You will coach team members, oversee scheduling, and manage costs while fostering a safety-first culture among employees and Tow Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train Road Assist Remote Fleet Technicians
• Manage performance evaluations and roadside visits
• Oversee scheduling and vacation approvals with the team
• Ensure adherence to BCAA policies and procedures
• Build sustainable relationships with Tow Partners
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum five years in the automotive industry
• At least three years in leadership or account management
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Drive performance, safety, and exceptional service at BCAA while enhancing the Member experience.
