About the Role We are seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to configure and implement SaaS solutions for our customers. Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. This role will work closely with customers and will be part of the Netomi delivery team to design and configure customer solutions. If you have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast‑paced environment, you are the person we are looking for Responsibilities Scope out projects and provide effort estimations and timelines in conjunction with sales and customer success managers (CSM). Lead Discovery calls with customers and the cross‑functional team. Partner with CSMs to ensure successful delivery by leading technical project activities, including solution architecture design. Serve as solution architect on moderate to complex projects requiring integration with multiple products. Perform complex configuration and troubleshooting of Netomi’s solution(s). Ensure project/process documentation on the centralized repository. Participate in reviews (as and when required) with customers and provide guidance regarding best practices. Collaborate with different teams for effective troubleshooting of customer issues during deployment and post‑deployment. Lead business discussions regarding Netomi’s value proposition at different levels of the customer organization. Strong on data analytics and providing insights to the customer. Focus on driving efficiency in project delivery through initiatives. Analyse the customer health and create a plan to improve and optimize the performance on AI Agent. Requirements Overall experience: 8‑10 years in project management, preferably from a consulting organization. Should have spent at least 4 years with a SaaS‑based organization conceptualising, designing, and deploying solutions. Articulate and possess proficiency in client/stakeholder management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to deliver under stressful conditions. Ability to interpret functional specifications and translate them into technical configurations. Experience in implementation of SaaS products is a must. Understand basics of SQL and relational databases. Strong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API integrations. Ability to set up custom fields, workflows, business rules, and automation triggers. Familiarity with authentication methods such as OAuth, JWT, and API tools like Swagger and Zapier. Hands‑on experience configuring SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Netomi, HubSpot, Workday, or ServiceNow). Basic proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for customization or integration scripting.
