Base pay range CA$70.00/hr - CA$80.00/hr Executive Recruiter | Finance & Accounting This is a 5 month contract Role: The Director, Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of the company’s consolidated financial statements and disclosures in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements. About the Opportunity Manage the IFRS month/quarter-end close process, including MD&A and related note disclosers Ensure SOX requirements are met and internal control processes are in place Assisting VP FP&A with forecasting and budgeting Responsible for managing the payroll team Manage the intercompany accounting process among multiple entities Support the audit (internal and external) audit processes Supporting financial M&A integration team Ad-hoc requests.
