Support aging adults in Montreal, QC, using personal care and companionship skills through TheKey’s flexible caregiver schedules. Help clients with daily needs inside their homes.
TheKey is hiring caregivers for full-time and part-time schedules across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Caregivers support clients one-to-one with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. TheKey’s local teams provide caregiver support while caregivers build meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
- Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support
- Support client mobility inside their homes
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands
- Complete basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
Requirements:
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- PAB Diploma preferred
- CPR/PDSB certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in Canada
