Project Control Officer, Project Management 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Overview As a project control officer, you help plan and monitor projects to meet objectives on time and on budget. You work alongside the project/agile leader and serve as the point person for the team to help them meet their performance objectives. You act as the resource person for project management tools, planning and performance monitoring, and liaise with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure projects, programs, and project groups run efficiently. You will be responsible for highly complex projects and programs that require solid analysis, understanding of the organization and line of business, and the ability to handle complexity, ambiguity, and multiple initiatives simultaneously. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields and play an integrator or coordinator role with various work groups. Responsibilities Monitor project scopes, budgets and timelines to produce reports. Anticipate, identify, and analyze trends and discrepancies and suggest solutions to help the team meet their performance indicators. Assist the team with risk, issue and document management. Ensure project management best practices are followed. Help the team update the timeline by tracking milestones and key dates for squads and contributors. Monitor and analyze the plan, make resource capacity recommendations and update the project plan. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of six years of relevant experience. Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered. Knowledge of French is required.
