You’ll ensure system stability, performance, and security while guiding a team of administrators in a large-scale ERP environment. Responsibilities Lead SAP BASIS administration and infrastructure management Ensure system performance, availability, and security Guide and mentor BASIS team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP projects Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Create reports and status updates for stakeholders Support project planning and execution using PM methodologies Maintain documentation and compliance standards Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision Must-Have Qualifications Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent 7+ years in SAP BASIS administration 7+ years in business/system analysis and solution architecture 7+ years with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other modules 7+ years with Sybase/ASE and Microsoft Office tools 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams Experience in large ERP programs and public sector Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with diverse teams Nice-to-Have Experience with Indigenous business participation (Canadian or Manitoba) Familiarity with Manitoba government processes Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, TOGAF) Experience with remote team leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
