Cast Leader-1 (Cineplex) Cast Leaders are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. The primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards, policies and procedures are followed. If you thrive in an energetic, fast‑paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you City: Toronto What you will do In this role, your responsibilities include: Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations. Facilitate all in‑house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline. Cross‑trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level. Consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and able to lead those behaviors in others. Cast Leaders must be available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business. Interested applicants must complete a certification process designed to evaluate Cineplex job knowledge and presentation skills in order to be considered a Cast Leader.
