We are currently seeking a Senior School Science and IB Chemistry Teacher for a fixed‑term contract of approximately one year, effective starting March 2, 2026. The position is open until November 28, 2025, but may be removed earlier if filled. Key Responsibilities Teach full‑time (5 classes). Lead and participate in co‑curricular activities. Lead a Teacher Advisory Group. Provide on‑call teaching as required. Actively participate in Department meetings, faculty teaching and learning opportunities, and whole school activities. Qualifications and Experience Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant science discipline. Experience teaching Ontario science curricula. Evidence of teaching enhanced by technology. Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated experience communicating with students' parents/guardians. Demonstrated commitment to enriching whole school life for students, including promoting pluralism and enhancing student belonging. Theory of Knowledge (TOK) teaching experience is an asset. French language fluency is an asset, as is international experience and fluency in other languages.
