This family‑owned business specialises in the design and manufacture of specialist products. They are undergoing a period of rapid growth, where they are now one of Canada’s biggest companies within their industry. As a result, they have undergone huge investment, and they are opening a new state‑of‑the‑art site in 2025. Due to this, they are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to play a pivotal role in this expansion. In this role you will oversee the manufacturing plant to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee continuous manufacturing, chemical handling operations and quality systems. This role would ideally suit a Manufacturing Manager who is looking to join a rapidly growing organization, where you will play a pivotal role in the company’s expansion, whilst progressing to a senior managerial role long‑tern.
