The role involves leading a team of engineers, technologists, and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, allocate resources, and resolve conflicts. Technical Expertise: Lead design and development of mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and oversee project execution. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with stakeholders, collaborate across disciplines to ensure project success. Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, P. Eng registration, PMP or CAPM certification. 15+ years of experience in Mechanical consulting across various verticals. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
