PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Organize with the land sport supervisor the surveillance of all the pools proposed by the village according to the standards and the procedures of Club Med. Collaborate with the land sport supervisor in the schedule of the surveillances and in the distribution of the tasks with the other lifeguards. Organize the place of surveillance and the posting of the information

You will
- Perform lifeguard duties and ensure guest safety
- Organize with the land sport supervisor the monitoring of all pool areas in the resort according to company standards and procedures
- Coordinate work load and task distribution with the other lifeguards
- Update posting and signage information when needed
- Respect the standards of the resort in particular those on pool safety and hygiene
- Implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage all materials and maintain in good condition
- Inform the land sport supervisor or the sports manager of any possible issues
In becoming a G.O Lifeguard, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med. And if you get the urge, you can even step on stage to show your talent
