Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient back-end solutions using either .NET or Java technologies for our cloud-based applications.
- Implement microservices architecture and contribute to the development of APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
- Enhance and optimize existing codebase, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to back-end development, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in back-end development using either .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) or Java technologies (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and development principles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deploying and managing applications/services in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency in database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills (preferred but not required):
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) for full-stack development.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of software security principles and best practices.

- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour comprendre les exigences du projet et contribuer aux discussions et décisions architecturales.
- Améliorer et optimiser le code existant, résoudre les problèmes et garantir la qualité du code grâce aux tests et aux revues de code.
- Rester informé des tendances et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie liées au développement back-end, aux technologies cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) et à l'architecture de microservices.
Qualifications :
- Baccalauréat en informatique, génie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée en développement back-end utilisant le framework .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) ou les technologies Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Solide compréhension de l'architecture de microservices, de la conception d'API et des principes de développement.
- Expérience pratique avec les plateformes cloud telles que AWS, Azure ou GCP, y compris le déploiement et la gestion d'applications/services dans un environnement cloud.
- Maîtrise des technologies de base de données telles que SQL Server, MySQL ou les bases de données NoSQL.
- Familiarité avec les pratiques et outils DevOps pour l'intégration continue et le déploiement continu (CI/CD).
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, souci du détail et capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide.
Compétences supplémentaires (préférées mais non requises) :
- Connaissance des technologies front-end (JavaScript, Angular, React) pour le développement full-stack.
- Expérience avec les technologies de conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Compréhension des principes et des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité logicielle.
- Connaissance des services financiers ou des industries connexes, un atout.
