Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter , including configuration, integration, and custom development. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize PolicyCenter using Gosu programming language , Guidewire Studio, and other tools. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in Guidewire development, with at least 4 years in PolicyCenter . Strong proficiency in Gosu , Java, XML, and web services. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Configuration and Integration . Experience with Guidewire Studio , GUnit, and other development tools. Good understanding of insurance domain , especially P&C (Property & Casualty). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Guidewire Certification is a required.
