This diverse team of professionals combines accounting and investigative expertise to protect clients’ assets and reputation. As a trusted advisor, you’ll implement anti‑fraud controls and resolve fraud emergencies, reducing clients’ exposure to criminal and civil wrongdoing. MNP is proudly Canadian. Responsibilities Execute client engagements assisting fraud investigations, litigation support, risk assessments and other specialized proceedings or regulatory inquiries for a wide variety of clients, industries and disputes. Calculate and analyze economic loss claims, provide commercial advice, prepare financials and trace funds/accounts. Analyze financial data and participate in the development of independent expert financial reports and financial models. Assist with the development of project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders. Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research and analysis, reports, technical work, management presentations, proposals and other high‑quality deliverables. Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals. Work collaboratively with the client engagement team. Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary. Skills and Experience Degree or diploma in accounting. Completion of, or working towards, a CPA designation or other Canadian accounting designation is considered an asset. Completion of, or working towards, a Forensic designation is considered an asset. 1 to 2 years of public accounting or professional services industry experience; advisory or consulting experience is considered an asset. Ability to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada Contract Security Program.
