What we’re looking for: Sales Leadership : proven success in sales and business development, particularly in the renewable energy sector or related industries like off-grid solutions, and the RV and Automotive sector. Local Expertise : you should be based in Canada and have a solid understanding of the energy needs and opportunities in your region. Customer-Centric Mindset : you thrive on building relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way will be key. Product Knowledge : familiarity with Victron Energy products or similar power conversion and renewable energy solutions is a big plus. If not, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Tech-Savvy & Independent : You are a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely, but also a team player when it comes to collaboration and knowledge sharing. You are proficient with digital tools and comfortable with virtual meetings and presentations.
