As Client Success Lead, you're the captain of a client relationships, ensuring their growth goals are met while keeping projects on track, on budget, and on fire ... You'll collaborate on cutting-edge digital strategies, solve problems before they happen, and turn compliance hurdles into marketing wins.
If you're part strategist, part relationship guru, and part "get-it-done" machine —we need you on our team.
What You'll Be Doing
Own client relationships – You'll be the go-to expert, helping financial advisors grow their AUM
Develop & execute marketing strategies – SEO, PPC, social, content, email, you name it
Manage multi-channel campaigns – Monitor KPIs, optimize strategies, and drive results
Lead client meetings – Provide insights, address concerns, and be the trusted advisor
Spot upsell opportunities – If a client needs more services, you connect the dots
Work with top-tier talent – Collaborate with our creative, digital, and dev teams to bring campaigns to life
Ensure smooth project execution – Deadlines met, budgets on track, and clients thrilled
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years in marketing, agency, or client management
3+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, PPC, Social, Email, etc.)
A hospitality mindset —high-touch service, proactive problem-solving, and client-first thinking
Deep industry knowledge – You get digital marketing. It just comes naturally.
Exceptional communication – Verbal, written, and everything in between
