Data Analysis and Modeling:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create data models that support business intelligence and analytics, with specific experience working with contact center data and calculations.


Custom Calculations and Data Table Creation:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing custom calculations and creating data tables to support analytics and reporting needs for contact center users.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other query languages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.


Consulting on Connect Data Structure and Types:

  • Deep understanding of AWS Connect data structures and types.

Postgres and NoSQL Databases:
