Skills and Responsibilities:
•Solid Hands-on development skills in ServiceNow as a Sr. Developer (>80% hands-on is MUST).
•Someone with solid CMDB knowledge.
•Configuration Management, Asset (HAM & SAM), Discovery, Service Mapping, SCCM, JAMF, Mid Server setup/management, Vulnerabilities. Doesn't have to be all these skillsets but someone with experience in maybe half of that list should be a good fit.
•Alternatively, if we find someone who has expertise on custom applications and service catalogue – that will help them to free up an internal resource
