What You’ll Do Partner closely with operations leadership to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights that empower informed decision making, drive business optimization, improve operational efficiency, and support both short- and long-term planning objectives. Lead and inspire a team of Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Own the planning cycle by leading the development of annual operating and capital plans and monthly reforecasts with a strong focus on accuracy. Support month‑end close and post‑close analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and present investment proposals for new builds, refresh projects, and acquisitions backed by robust ROI analysis. Take a leadership role in financial integration for newly acquired businesses and experiences. Implement tools and processes to monitor progress against financial targets and act as an early warning system for risks. What You Bring CPA designation or degree in Finance/Accounting preferred but not mandatory. 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including FP&A leadership and P&L oversight. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and building business cases for capital investments. Exceptional financial acumen with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and influence at all levels. Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
